Abstract

The stakeholders of Gilgit-Baltistan were not invited in the All-Parties Conference. However, some individuals must have participated in this conference individually, Rakim also made sure to participate in this
program through Facebook Live, but there was no opportunity to ask questions. found It is good that Kashmiris have realized today that definition of Kashmir is not possible without including Gilgit-Baltistan.
It is also a good development that Kashmiris have realized today that wrong decisions were taken by their rulers in the past regarding Gilgit-Baltistan. Due to which the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have a wrong
impression about Kashmiris that these people are actually against the rights of Gilgit-Baltistan. Among the demands that were mentioned in this conference was the formation of a coalition government by combining
Kashmir and the second option was to give Gilgit-Baltistan an autonomous system on the style of Azad Kashmir. Therefore, as a resident of Gilgit-Baltistan, make this clear. I would like to say that the view of the
people of Gilgit-Baltistan is slightly different from this. Our people's long-standing demand is for a constitutional province, but we all know that by doing so, the Indian position on the Kashmir issue can prevail and if Gilgit-Baltistan is constitutional. If they become a province, of course, for this process, amendment of the Constitution of Pakistan is necessary, without which this is not possible. In case of doing this, the foreign policy of the Kingdom of God and the Kashmir cause within the United Nations can be dealt a deep blow.
