Moral Upbringing of Children: An Analysis in the light of Muhammad’s Seerah

Abstract

Human beings face many difficulties in their entire life due to intentional or unintentional ignorance of certain commandments. The realization is observed when expected results are not achieved. The main issue which is seriously felt is of moral upbringing of children as per Islamic teachings. There is great need of sensitization while performing any act in front of children as children get inspiration from their elders. They cannot express what they are going through as the result of which, they imitate their parents. It gives great damage to the personality of children. Parents should strive to up bring their children practically adopting true Islamic teachings. The acts which can be harmed for children needs to be replaced with the positive actions as per teachings of Islam. Parents needs to be role model for their children. This article will address all such aspects in the 
light of Prophet’s teachings, which are practically inspirational for their children. This will help them improving their moral character. Such upbringing will lead both parents and children lives towards happiness and success as well as it will be beneficial for other human beings too.
