Abstract

Just as worldly affairs are unable to be completed and brought to the top in the best way without a head and a supervisor. Similarly, in religious affairs, 
there must be an Amir and a supervisor. And when a matter is a combination of both religious and worldly matters. That matter will suffer 
a lot of chaos and decay due to not being a supervisor and responsible. 
Among these matters, marriage is at the top. And the role of guardian in 
marriage has been mentioned in the Qur'an. If "t" (read with pres) in these verses, the authority to marry has been given to the saints. In this way, this option is also mentioned in the holy hadiths. If the marriage was not performed under the supervision of a guardian, then that marriage is not valid. The guardian's authority in the marriage does not mean that the guardian can marry the woman anywhere and in any way he wants and regardless of good or bad, so just as the saints have an important role in the marriage, so does the girl in the marriage. The key role. Therefore, in some blessed verses, the title of marriage has been given to women. And in blessed hadiths, boys and girls have been addressed and their opinions have been given importance.
