Abstract

Humans are always influenced by the things around them and the ideas of 
others. Although this is logically correct however, as a follower of heavenly 
religion, we are bound to not follow everything or theory that is against the principles of the religion of Islam. Therefore, it is necessary for us to examine the actions and thoughts around us in the light of the Quran and Hadith and follow those that are in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah and avoid those that are against the Quran and Sunnah. One of the spiritual diseases that arise in our society due to the environment is superstition. Although the disease of superstition is found in all societies, unfortunately this disease is very prevalent in the society of Pathans.In this article, along with the literal and terminological definition of superstition, the superstitions found in the Chitrali society will be reviewed from the Shariah point of view.Reading this article will help to avoid the superstitions found in Chitrali society, Inshallah.
