Abstract

This article is focused on the jurisprudential insights of Allama Shabbir Ahmad AlUsmani concerning the science of hadith occurrence, as elucidated in his work "Fath ul Mulhim Sharh Sahih Al-Imam Muslim bin al Hajjaj". Allama Shabbir Ahmad Al-Usmani emerges as a prominent scholar renowned for his meticulous approach to tracing hadith narrations and extracting Shariah rules from the hadith of the Prophet (PBUH). In his 
explanation and commentary on Sahih Muslim endeavors to unravel various narration methodologies, aiming to discern the precise reasons behind the occurrence of the hadith of the Prophet (PBUH) which is of course useful in the validity of deducing Shariah rules and extracting judgment.This article critically evaluates Al-Usmani's methodology, analyzing its adherence to scientific hadith standards, particularly in elucidating the reasons and causes behind hadith occurrence for the purpose of deducing Shariah rules and extracting judgments.
