A Research Review of the Methodology of Shaykh Ul-Hadith Muhammad Yar Badshah in Dars al-Tirmidhi Sharah Jami Tirmizi.

Abstract

Since the lifestyle of the Prophet (SAW) is the excellent pattern for everyone and practical explanation of Quran therefore full understanding of His sayings actions and commandments I,e Hadiths is of prime importance. The Muhadditheen have strived a lot and enabled to compile all the hadith in the form of Sihah e sitta and many other Hadith books. One of them is Al-Jame Tirmidhi. This book of hadith being extremely beneficial has undergone through various detailed explanations. Different scholars have compiled its methodology and procedure as per their 
understanding level and the ways they have set rules and regulations for their work. One of such explanation is that written by Muhammad Yar Badshah. The sheikh has adopted an extremely fine and good way of explanation as for this book is concerned. This book is composed of single volume and is written in Arabic language. In jurisprudential issues he has given the detailed explanation of the ideas of commenting imams/scholars, their differences of opinions, comparisons and 
coincidences in a very good and easy way as though the common man might get better understanding. He has given even the explanation of the difficult terminologies associated with hadith. The sheikh has briefly and sometimes with detail described biographies and lifestyles of the 
narrators. In his lectures the sheikh has even explained the status of narrations in the light of principles set for Ahadiths. In the preface of his book he has given a brief explanation of Hadith principles, authority and compilation of hadith and has responded in sophisticated way to all 
objections put against ahadith.
