Abstract

Moulana Waheed ud Deen Khan native land was Pakistan. His grandfather 
moved from Swat region of Pakistan to Jaunpur region of India. He was born in Jaunpur and received his primary education there. After receiving 
education, you have rendered significant services in the field of religious and contemporary education of Muslims. To bring the non-Muslims closer to Islam and enlighten them with the teachings of the Quran, he had also 
established an institution called "Al-Qur'an Mission" and published 
translations of the Quran in the world's famous languages. He produced 
literature presenting Islam in a contemporary style. He excelled in the field of speech as well as writing. Therefore, when there was no assembly of sermons and advice, he was busy with writing. That is why he wrote important books on various topics, in which Tafsir Tazkir al-Qur'an is of great importance. You have also mentioned his opinions in this commentary. Therefore, at some places, the opinion of Moulana has come out completely separately from other scholars, which is called uniqueness’s. In this paper, Moulana Waheed ud Deen commentary sayings in which he has his own opinion against Jamhoor scholars will be described and a research and analytical study will be presented in the light of the sayings of other scholars about them
