Justice is fundamental in Islamic society because the development of the society and the country depends on the prompt delivery of justice to prevent crime and restore peace. The history of crime is as old as man. First, Adam's son Cain committed the crime by killing Abel and this is where it started. There were criminals who committed various types of
crimes during the Prophethood, including Muslims as well as non-Muslim criminals. He also punished them to ensure the delivery of justice. In view of the importance of justice, he said: Allah will place seven types of people in His shadow on the Day of Resurrection, while His shadow. There will be no shadow except for him, there is also a just imam.It is an undisputed fact that in a society in which justice is not provided, the rate of crime increases in that society, which creates disorder and disorder in society, unrest and
restlessness. That is why in Islam. A complete system of punishment has been given for the criminals so that the crimes can be remedied. In this regard, apart from the Muslims, the non-Muslims have also been punished for committing crimes. In the article under review, the interaction of the Prophet (PBUH) with non-Muslim criminals will be discussed and a research review will be presented keeping in view the current situation
and events.
