Abstract

Peace and blessings be upon the Holy One who is the leader of all the Prophets, upon his family and companions, and upon those who sincerely follow him until the Day of Resurrection. It is the special grace and favor of Allah, the Exalted, who revealed to us the guidance of the Holy Qur’an, to explain it, to act on it in the beginning, that is; by sending Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the form of the Holy Qur’an.
By completing the blessings, we have been blessed with the golden religion of Islam, about which Allah, Almighty, says, “Islam is the religion of Allah''. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, he will not accept it. May my blessings and pleasure be upon you in the religion of Islam. Praise be to Allah for this.Al-Darsa Al-Tirmidhi which was written by Sheikh Al-Hadith Muhammad Yar Badshah by his student Rasheed Ahmad, which is a great work of Hadith on Jami Tirmidhi. It is written in Arabic language and is present in the shape of a manuscript. In jurisprudential issues he has given the detailed explanation of ideas of commenting Imams/ Scholars, there difference of opinions, compression and coincidences and a very good and easy way of thought. The common man might get better understanding. He has given even the explanation of the difficult terminologies associated with Hadith. The sheikh has briefly
and sometime with detail described the jurisprudential issues. In this regard he described the “Fateha Khalf Ul Imam” in detail. In this article I am going to describe his thought about this Jurisprudential Issue.
